Can I combine more than one service, like a kitchen and an extension?
Yes, this is common. Because one team designs and builds everything, combined projects are scheduled and priced as a single job rather than two separate ones.
Do you handle council approvals across all services?
Yes. Extensions, structural changes and heritage overlay properties all go through the relevant approvals as part of the build — we manage that process for you.
Is pricing fixed no matter which service I choose?
Yes. Once your design and selections are locked in for any of our services, the price is fixed and only changes if you request a variation once the build is underway.
Do you work on older, character or heritage-listed homes?
Regularly. Many of our projects are in Braddon, Reid and Ainslie, where retaining street-facing character while updating the inside is part of the brief.
