How long does a kitchen renovation take?
It depends on the scope — a straightforward refresh takes less time than a full layout change involving structural work. We'll map out a clear timeline for your project as part of your proposal.
Can I still use my kitchen during the renovation?
No, not once demolition starts. We'll help you plan a temporary kitchen setup, and sequence the build to get you back into a working kitchen as quickly as possible.
Do you handle council approvals for structural changes?
Yes. If your renovation involves removing a load-bearing wall or other structural work, we manage the engineering and approval process as part of the build.
Is the quote really fixed once building starts?
Yes. Once your design and selections are locked in, the price is fixed. Costs only change if you request a variation once the build is underway.
Do you supply appliances, or do I choose my own?
Either. We can supply and install appliances as part of the quote, or fit appliances you've already purchased — whichever suits your budget.
